‘The Skeleton Dance’ Silly Symphony Review (Post #53)

The Skeleton Dance is the first Silly Symphony released by Disney. It was a bit of an experiment for Disney, straying away from its so familiar mouse character. Walt Disney loved music and he wanted to make a short animated to music. This short has a creepy, almost Halloween-esk undertone, as displayed in the title. Though all the while it has a fun campy feel. A great start for what was to become a new medium to short films.
